Hello, sephena is used for ovulation induction. It contains clomifene citrate. Siphene tablets are generally well tolerated and side effects are usually related to taking high doses.you are only taking 50mg and its starting dose. Mild abdominal pain intermenstrual spotting is are common .Stop using it if you have severe uterine bleeding and consult gynaecologist.
