PCOS no period
Hi
I am not having period. My last period was on 30 Nov 2015 . Doctor said it is because PCOS and she has given me medicine NORGEST for 3 days 3 times a day. After how any days I will have my periods. And if I didn't get periods so what to do..

Well..
You have been put on hormonal pills..ocps in order to regularise your periods..you may have to use it for 1-3 months atleast..it depends from women to women actually...you also need to start doing regular exercises, reduce your weight,modify your diet,have more of fibre,fresh vegetables especially carrot,cucumber... Try to control your stress levels...regular follow up with your gynaecologist..it is curable so do not worry
