I have pcod. My gynaecologist suggested me mild exercises n no junk food nothing else. I was regular with my periods for 3 months as i did wht she said. But the momnt i lft it for a month again my periods were irregular. Pls help me with a positive reply

Hello..
Well pcos is very common issue amongst girls of your age...you need to exercise and maintain a good diet in order to regularise it... This is the best way to tackle pcod....well even if you feel like having junk...keep one or two days in a week where you can freak out...rest all should be routine... And exercise is a must.... Drink lots of water too..all the very best
