Pcod n hair fall
My height is 5.7 and my weight is 66 ,I m diagnosed today that i have pcod n also my hairs are falling Can i eat seven seas capsule ? And also should i lose weight?

Yr height in cm - 100 is yr ideal body weight. Yes u can use seven seas capsule as theh are omega 3 fatty acids rich and will help to prevent hairfall further. Use of biotin/honey/lemon/red onion will help too
