Pcod Condition - I Have Pcod.. I Lost 15 Kg In Last 4 Months

I have pcod.. I lost 15 kg in last 4 months because my doctor asked me to loose weight first for this condition.. I had an ultrasound but the cyst is still there.. Do i need to go through medication or loose some more weight.. I am 60 kg n 5.4" Height.
