  4. Pcod and lower back pain. The treatment?

Pcod and lower back pain
Hai my weight is 50 height is 5.2. 25 age. Before 2 month diagnosed for PCOS and taking Yasmin tablet. I have pain in my left lower hip side and my doctor said it is lumbar strain. Proper strengthening exercises can heal this? I have left lower abdomen pain also. Is that related to PCOS? Can PCOS cause pain? How this can be diagnosed and what is the treatment? Please help me

Both these pains r not related with pcod. Lt lower abd pain may the same lt hip pain extention ie most probably muscular in nature.
