Pcod & Trying to concieve
I m Ayesha 25 yes old.. My cycle lies b/w 30-40 days. I came to know about my pcod after 1 year of my marriage I was not able to conceive. November 2015. My gyne checked my ultrasound and told i have pcod. AFC-15-20 and ET-16mm.she prescribed me ovanac cc, b modus, b Normoz. I was broken.So I wanted to take 2nd advice. January 2016 My second doctor at Fortis did full analysis of my case and again my reports came the same. Sugar fasting - 73 Thyroid - normal LH-43 FSH-4.88 ON 2ND DAY OF PERIOD Medicines taken-fertomid 100,Ovacare A+B TAB Divajol I took medicines on 12 day ultrasound reports showed no developed follicle.then My husband got transferred to Delhi. So now again I had to consult another gyne.She gave me tab Normoz TAB bigomet 500mg TAB blong Then in follicular monitoring. Again no mature follicles.then on 2nd day of period fsh 8.25 LH 24.73.NOW I M Taking hyponidd instead of metformin and ashokarisht. please help I want to conceive.I left my job everything for this

It may possible that PCO patients sometimes get delayed maturation of follicles. It's sometimes misguided to Doctors. In your case delay maturation of follicle may be. As you mentioned you're having 40 days cycle sometimes. Even there are too much AFC than PCO can be temporary subsided my 3 month medical course or with laproscopy directly. Consult your gynecologist about it.
