PCOD (also have thyroed from 2013)

Hi this is Mrs.Roy from Kolkata,I am now 24+ years old,my height is approx 4 ft 10 inches(147 cm),my recent weight is 73 kgs,I have thiroed from 2013,and I am taking thyronorm 88 mcg as medicine of thiroed, I have also polycysts in both of my overies from 2014, I had done my usg in lower abdomen part before 4 years ,the usg was prescribed by my doctor,and as a result of usg,I knew that I have PCOD syndrome,and I have polycysts both of my overies,my right overy consists of polycysts and it's diameter was 1.5 cm. .my right overy size was-3.1 cm * 3.8cm and my left overy size was -2.4 cm*3.1 cm..I want to know that,are my overies are bigger than normal sized overies ,what is the normal size of overies?can these type of polycystics syndrome can recover?if it possible then in which process? Can polycystics syndrome harm to concieve baby?what is the bad effect of PCOD? And can thiroed fully recover?
