Hello sir/ mam,
I'm 26 yrs old.I'm suffering with acne from last 4 yrs I consulted four doctors but there is no improvement. And my periods also regular. Suddenly my periods got stopped I went to doctor.. They diagnosed pcod. From last 8 months I m not getting periods without medicines. Because of all these medications I'm suffering with frequent stools and gastric problem from last 8 months.. And my stomach bloats.. Especially after eating breakfast immediately I'm going to toilet.. Like this I'm gng to toilet 4 to 5 times after breakfast.. Please suggest me what should I do... I'm tired off with all these medicines... I'm totally going to depress with all these problems.. Please give me suggestions..

Yes I understand your problem...do not worry am sure you can come out of this...lete clear few things what problems you are facing is the common effects of taking hormonal medications..so take it out if your mind...apart from medicines you also need to start exercises like walking,running so that you start losing weight...you need avoid junk nd fatty food...make it compulsory to take sprouted dal and raw vegetables like carrot, cucumber etc...drunk water well...thank you
