Pco , Hypothyroidism - I M Having Problems With Acne , Menstural

I m having problems with acne , menstural history is normal , I did my thyroid profile in Oct tsh was 10, again I did it on December it was 4 ..I didn't took any medicines for this.. recently I did my usg .it was suggestive of polycystic ovary, what should be done?
