Patient on ventilator due to hypotension
My father has been admitted to hospital for the treatment of asicites and the treatment was going well but a day before discharge he faced difficulty in breathing and also a sudden drop in blood pressure. Since then , it has been 4 days he is on ventilator . His ejaction fraction is 25% , Non diabetic and kidneys are also working fine Doctors are giving him treatment of norad maximum dose but still there is not much improvement.. I wanted to know what may be the cause of sudden hypotension and what should I do next , like to refer in another hospital. I am very worried now Need the guidance of doctors..

Will need blood reports and proper history for evaluation. Hypotension is due to many reasons and will require direct consultation
