Patches on parts of body
First small patches appeared on my feet got much itching so use to scratch the patches now they become big like cracks on my foot, small patches are found on face near eyebrows and few found on hands and legs and in palms also

You need proper examination by a dermatologist as your condition sounds quite severe. We need to rule out xerosis , Icthyosis , Atopic dermatitis etc.
