I am 19 year old I am patchy skin problem I want my skin to glow Suggest me cream that will help me without any side effect . Do you recommend me to use melacare I have dry skin type with no big pimple issue

Do not use melacare as it contain steroid. It will increase your pimples on your face. It will make your facial skin thin and red. Can you please send me your pictures for better diagnosis and treatment.
