Hello....  Gastroenteritis can present with fever and abdominal pain... But diarrhea is also  complaint to be considered in such  cases.... Even viral fever present with fatiguability and mild pain...  What is your hemoglobin level..  Since blood picture is normla except anemia it could be normal it could be viral infection or feverish feeling..
