Pars Fracture
Hello, I have consulted a doctor due the pain that caused during dead lift. I gave it rest for almost 2 months and got back to work out. I felt the pain, so I consulted the doctor. He advised me to go for an X-ray. After looking at the X-ray, he confirmed me that I had a pars fracture and this will be there for life time and I have to manage my pain by dont giving over load and continue with my regular work out. But this pain triggers often if I am physically doing any activity which is related to spine. I want to understand, if this is going be the case life time or I have a solution for this. Any pain Center can help me out?? Need some advise. Thank you
