My nephew is crying for 1 week because of the swelling in her finger....i gave her combiflam suspension......but still the swelling did not gone....someone plz tell me what to do???

hey, it looks life infection, pus need to be drained and dressed properly with sterile gauze along with oral antibiotics , take to good hospital where facilities are better
