Paranoia when on my own
I recently moved in to my own house with my partner but whenever I'm on my own in the house I feel paranoid that someone's watching me or going to break in. It's got to the point now where I can't even vacuum without my partner in the house because I have to be able to hear other things and I can't even dry my hair either. It's horrible and I feel like I can't be left alone; I don't feel safe. When I'm on my own I can't even walk around the house. HELP PLEASE
