Paranoia and extreme stress
My girlfriend and I had sexual encounter on 31 December 2019. We are both well aware about using protection and practice safe sex. We used a condom, still there was no penetration and when ejaculation occurred, she was wearing at least two layers of clothes. Even then I was paranoid and I confirmed with several gynacs on practo and all have confirmed that there is absolutely no chance of pregnancy. I was paranoid and we took 2 tests which were both negative. Last month she had a late period by 15 days. This month also she expected her period on 17th but it is still late and not yet come. We again consulted doctors on practo and all of them said she should wait some more time to get her period and there is absolutely zero chance of pregnancy. I'm still unable to shake off my stress and now I am struggling with a lot of stress which is affecting my health. I have lots of important things to do this month but I'm not able to concentrate. What should I do so that it doesn't affect me more?

These repeated thoughts are called ruminations. You should understand that there is no chance of getting your girlfriend pregnant by the way you have described. Try to distract yourself whenever you get these thoughts. Keep yourself busy.
Next Steps
If these thoughts increase so much that you are not able to do your work, then you should seek professional help.
