Paralyzed..fever.. urine n blood report
Paralized since 7months..continuous fever..acute hamorriage in May.. Got discharged..fever still continue..blood urine test done attached reports.. Plz advise what does the reports mean.. If any further tests to done..plz advise medication.. And best way to cure my dad's weakness..how to overcome his paralysis..plz advise..thanx

Dear, don't worry Actually report is not confirmatry as it's contaminated sample so need to repeat urine test to get actual result . So need to do repeat urine test . Second import thing ,as patient having neurological  problem and paralysed hence bed ridden , so may be having folys catherisation for long time. So chances of freuntly urine infection. Chances of fungal infection  . Change folys catheter ,  u can keep silicon catheter. Need some more details to suggest medication so consult me online for better advise and treatment

The reports are suggestive of a bacterial infection, I would ask you to repeat the urine microscopy and culture and sensitivity. His fever must be controlled so that he can heal, The weakness will improve over time but he must continue with exercises and physiotherapy to recover the strength.
