Give paracetamol at 130mg per dose for 3 times a day Give it only if a recorded temperature is more than 100F ( use a thermometer for the same) Repeat dose can be given if vomiting occurs immediately after dose given
Next Steps
keep a track of the weight to increase the dosage as and when required
Health Tips
never give it more than 3 times a day and the mentioned dosage if fever spikes are requiring the more dosages, better to be taken to the hospital
