Paracetamol 500mg overdose(15gm). HELP
I am so tensed about her(patient).she took 30 paracetamol tablets of 500mg each i.e. 15 gm in total on 27/08/2018.She is not going hospital and is far from her parents.I informed her mother about this and requested her for her cure.But she hesitated because she has fear of her father.She is going home on 1/09/2018.Till now she is fine and having little stomach pain and weakness.She is on her periods and she was also in periods when she took paracetamol.She was so depressed and feeling loneliness.
I am so tensed about her liver and don't know what to do.I convinced her mother about her LFT but it will be done on 2nd September.
Will she be fine..plzz help !!!
