Accidentally took extra paracetamol
On Tuesday night I took Tesco Recovery Powder for an upset stomach, forgetting that it has paracetamol. I'd taken one co-codamol tablet for post-surgery pain about 2 1/2 hours before. That's 500mg paracetamol at around 7.45pm and then 1000mg at around 10.15pm. Is this likely to do any harm? I didn't exceed the recommended dose for the whole day.
