Accidentally took medicines at wrng time

I am suffering from acne and my doctor prescribed me some medicines but I accidentally took my BEFORE meal medicine after my meal for 15 days and vice versa. Will it effect anything? the medicine's name was involym (supposed to be taken before meal) and itrabond(after meal)
