Hello doctor, in the worst case scenario can PAN-D be taken twice in a day??? I am asking in concern with hyperacidity as generally it's suggested to be taken only once in 24 hrs.

Pan D is once a day. (Half an hour before breakfast).
If required you can take Pan 40 in the night, half an hour before dinner.
