Panick attacks
I took 2mg Diazepam and 80 mg beta blocker this morning at about 11am it is now 11pm. I'm feeling really anxious and panicky and was just wandering if I could have another 2mg Valium and be safe without a deadly consequence. I know I should not self medicate but would it be safe to do so but will the beta blocker i took this morning be bad to mix

But it's better to take this medication under the supervision of a Psychiatrist.
