My friend is experiencing heavy breathing,vomitings,breathlessness,giddy,indigestion,sweating badly.It happens during sleep and during the day aswell. history: he had a history of b12 d3 deficiency and took supplements now the levels are in control. But there is extreme weight-loss and weakness in body.during the day he experiences fatigue and by evening has fever with approx 101f temperature Please suggest.
