Panic attack type issue

Asked for Female, 25 Years

Hello there. My friend has couple of ongoing issues as follows. She suddenly feels light headed, restless, dizzy, her hands & feet starts tingling/ shivering, also they become numb & cold. She feels like she will collapse any moment, but she doesn't collapse. It can happen anytime of the day, not during specific hours or at specific locations. It usually lasts for 5-15mins and then she feels alright. It's more of a panic attack, as everyone says in her family. Kindly help us in this hour of assistance.
