Pancritices abdomenalPain
Since last 4 week having pain in abdomen->5 times severe pain happened->injections gives for relieve. On movement the pain is recurring.
Detected pancritices,by local doctor.
Work in construction site. Require to perform duty 9am-7pm. Undergoing treatment locally at jammu. Administered daily:1)pantoprazole 40mg+demperidone10mgx2 times.(2)Cefixime 200mgx2times. (3)drotaverine hydrochloride 80mg+mefenamic acid 250mgx2times.
Diabetic since last 6 yrs. Take glimepride 2mgx2times daily; suger under control.
Got leave for 7 days only.
In rest and diate controlled but Still experiencing the problems.
Questions:
1)Do i need further medical attention, if yes then please suggest where?
2)May i join duty after 7 days (15.04.17)?
3)What precautions should i take and for how many days?
