After drinking alcohol I had fast twitches in left chest don't know from that time having twitches in left chest and middle and fast heart beat tomorrow I have inguinal scrotal operation can these affect during surgery

Get ECG done. I inform surgical and anesthesia team about alcohol intake and palpitations. Alcohol induced irregular heart beats (palpitations) are common. You need to reduce/stop alcohol intake.

Firstly you need to avoid alcohol if planning for surgery and before surgery you to go for pre anaesthetic check up where they will do your ECG before surgery

First of all quit alcohol for now...and go for ECG...and review after ECG and what are other parameters like BP, Spo2 and are you facing and breathing difficulty or chest pain
