Pains in back n sides of stomach n back
I am having a lot of pain at my back and sides near stomach. I had an ultrasound which shows minimal fullness of pelvicalyceal system on left side. And localized fluid collection is noted in right adnexal region.. left ovary shows a cystic follicle 28*16mm. Kindly advice me what to do?

Mild fullness of pelvicalyceal system may not be always clinically warrant a disease however a functional study like IVP or CT Urography may further define it.and may correlate with the pain.For rt. adenexal findings consult a gynaecologist
