Painless swelling just above the pubis
I am 4weeks pregnant I took mifeprisone and misoprostol bleeding occure with few clots today is my sventh day and am jist spoting now ,,the problem is in the morming i found sme swelling which not painful just above my pubis mon is it normal ?and is it also normal to just pass few small clots it being only 4weeks ?

Get an ultrasound pelvis done. It will assess if you have completely aborted and also diagnose what the swelling is. Any sudden swelling is not normal.
