Paining of testicles

Good Evening! One of my friend facing a problem related to sexual health. Recently he told me that, while he is getting sexually incharge with his gf, his testicles start paining as if cricket ball has been hit. And this thing is happen from past years. He thought all mens have same problem, is he having any disorders? Or it will lead to big problem in future years? Please help!
