Painfull stool and blood from anus
Since last 12-13days facing tremendous pain while passing stool, i feel the mouth of anus and a little portion inside pains tremendously as if it has cut(inside feels so when felt via finger), and passing stool is just next to impossible for the pain. I am using "Sucral" ointment but pain is still there, also a little extra skin has outgrown outwards. Please suggest the needful as it is becoming very painfull day by day.

The pain is due to anal fissure caused by hard stools. You will have to do a short course of anti inflammatory tablets and the current ointment is not effective for acute cases. Also you will have to take treatment for softening stools. Do you have any other symptoms ? Have you eaten out recently ?
