Painful swallowing problem nd swollen neck... Chin nd chin pain... tongue problem with black spots...bad breath...mucus produced in neck... feeling unwell...nd depressed... Before I hv taken gutkha for 2 years ... Now I've left it a month ago...is it cancer...plzz help me sir
