Pt.having painful stitches after delivery ..intensity of pain has increased after 2 days of delivery ... Also the mother has agalactia ...what precautions and  medicines to be taken for both d problems..plz help

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Pain in the stitches could be due to infection at the site of the stitches also, so you need to get that checked out. If it's not infected, then a pain killer would help.
