Painful lymph node on left side of next.
I just noticed that my slightly enlarged lymph none on the upper L side of my neck has become tender. I believe i have a the nasty cold that is going around. been fighting it for the past 2 weeks. however tonight it came to my notice the swollen L side of neck lymph none. i have a hx of mono about a year ago and then had a relapse about 6 months ago. im experiencing the same mono fatigue as last time too. this is not really improving. a bit concerned.

You seem to be suffering from cervical lymphadenitis secondary to viral upper respiratory tract infection. Usually it will resolve on its own within few days. You can use antibiotics and painkillers for few days for faster recovery
