The lesions you are describing are commonly seen in livedoid vasculitis and they heal with whitish atrophic scars (atrophie blanche).
However, without examination it would be diffucult to accurately comment on the diagnosis and further management. You can search and see if livedoid vasculitis fits the bill - but you will still need to consult a dermatologist for proper treatment and followup .
