Painful bump on inner upper thigh.

I am 31 yr old lady and m having a painful pimple which is now expanding n looks like a bump at the inner side of my left thigh. M not able to walk coz of this. Pls help. Cannot visit doc as my baby is sleeping n I stay alone.
