Pain with pulsing sensation after rcanal
Hello sirs, My wife ( 28age) did an root canal 5 days back, from the 3rd day she's feeling severe pain and pulsing sensation in that place. Due to sudden lock down in our place can't visit near by dental care. please share your thoughts and pls let me know how long the pain exist. Thanks in advance.

As you have told pain started from 3rd day..  It might be mostly due to some chemical injury or may be body's delayed defence reaction..  The pain should subside gradually..

Hi, a root canal involves a deep cleaning inside the canals which can in turn lead to irritation of surrounding nerves and gums which might cause pain. But this pain, shouldn’t last longer. You will feel mild pain and sensitivity for a few days which will gradually subside.
