Pain when fully erect

Asked for Male, 18 Years

My penis when erect is facing upwards and it hurts when it is fully erect. Any movement when the penis is erect, downwards or sideways is not possible as it is too painful. And as soon as force is taken off the penis when trying to bend it, it comes back upwards and tight
