  3. Pain under knee. Or an orthopedist?

Pain under knee
From the last one and half month when i bend my right knee even for 2 - 3 minutes it is very painful under the knee when I open it. I don't even stand on it properly It will normal only after 2- 4 minutes. Whom should I consult, a neurologist or an orthopedist ? Please suggest

Orthopedic  or physiotherapist .in physiotherapy you do same exercise hot formentetion
