Pain/uncomfort following exercise
Good day! I went cycling on May 13th (~40km, fairly long for me), and while the second day I felt general sore around my leg region, everything was ok but I already felt my left leg was acting weird (hard to lift but I cannot recall). Then I went on 2 flights totaling almost 24h and was very uncomfortable. After each flight I realized lifting my left leg was difficult and painful. Then I slept for a long time and everything seemed fine. But it happened again several days later when I walked for maybe 10-25km; it was not as painful as first time. Now after a week, I thought everything was fine and I didn't walk long (2km?) but still felt discomfort lifting my left leg. It's generally reflected as pain/soreness in region connecting femur and pelvis, and i cannot hear any sound. There may be a lump but also may not be, I cannot determine. It's unnoticeable if I rest, and I have never felt before 13th may. I'm worried if it's a big issue as it hasn't recovered after 2 weeks? Thank you!
