Pain/tingling on foot
Dear sir / mam Early morning when I get up from bed my foot will pain / tingling when I take first step. It will be like that for few steps and will be fine from rest. Please help from my problem

Hello there. Take a multivitamin tablet everyday after food for 2 months. Drink lots of water and have a well balanced diet. Regards
