Pain right & left side lower abdomen.

I'm a 20 year old female. Height 5'2", weight 145. Friday i started spotting and started my period, I then started cramping very bad on my right side near my ovary and also my lower back. On Saturday I woke up early in the morning to a dull but intense pain on my right side again. my period almost stopped, also on my tampon there was what looked like tissue from my body. I have been kind of spotting, there's not much blood ever since Saturday morning. I went to urgent care Saturday morning and they gave me hydrocodone and an anti-inflammatory because the doctor said she thought it was a ruptured cyst. The doctor told me if the pain got worse to go to the emergency room. She took a blood and urine test. It isn't a uti, no infection of any kind, white blood count is normal, not pregnant, and everything is normal. Monday I started having pain on both sides, lower abdomen and lower back, was neaseous, bloated, lightly spotting,and had the cold sweats/chills.
