Pain on right upper abdomen

Asked for Female, 31 Years

I have had off and on pain on under my ribcage on my right side, that spreads to my back and lower abdomen. For several months, treated ulcer. But still have the pain. I touch my lower rib and and feel some pain. I do not understand why it spreads to my back and lower abdomen.
