Pain on penis

Asked for Male, 27 Years

I am having pain in whole pelvic area which include thigh joint , penis , pubic hair area , also have upset bowel movement ) . I masterbate once in 15 days but unable to erect it fully due to mild pain .I am taking pregabalin 75gm as prescribed by an urologist after physical examination. Still having mild pain in penis and sometime having burning urination . Also tingling sensation on nerves . I do not have any intercourse with anyone. Suggest me what is happening?
