Pain on head of testis
I am suffering from epididymitis pain for 5 years. I consulting with a urologist from last 8 month but problem still present. Pain mainly on top of the lest testis on suddenly pressed. During pain left leg also start paining. Issue: 1. Pain on press 2. Nightfall 3. Colorless liquid discharge from panis 4. Sperm cord pain on left side testis 5. Easy discharge 6. Etching on penis unary tract.

Scrotal support Appropriate antibiotic and analgesics  Repeat urine examination and evaluation of prosratitis  also If no relief biopsy from epidydimal area may be required
