Pain on both part of d chest near lung

Asked for Male, 53 Years

I have been hit by a viral fever after which i ate an antibiotic (NICE tablets).I was taking rest throughout the day and after eating dinner i took another NICE tablet.Now in the middle of the night i am experiencing pain on both sides of the chest near the lungs. I dont have any heart problems and my annual medical report is clear.
