  4. Pain near ovary. Iud (& i wear tampons)

Pain near ovary
I am 42 years old (43 this year) My cycle started today. I don't always get cramps but I do at times. and while uncomfortable, they are bearable. But today, I seem to have this sharp pain near by left ovary. Can I assume its just a positioning issue and wait it out Or should I see a physician. I also have an IUD (& I wear tampons)
