I am 6month pregnant on bed rest so wile sitting I feel pain near my backbone near thorax spine right hand shoulder is also paining.. As earlier also it happend to me but now I am not able to cure

Hi Since you are pregnant we cannot prescribe strong medication and xray
Next Steps
Try changing positions frequently Do yoga and excercises Hot fomentation followed by some ointment like moov or volini
